Rayanna (Ray) Hiers, founder of Near2You Fitness LLC., established her Personal Training business in 2011. The unique niche of bringing training to clients’ doors brings accountability, structure, knowledge and encouragement right to them leaving zero excuses and lots of results!
Ray believes strongly in mind over matter, which she knows firsthand after a year recovery from a badly broken leg ten years ago. After healing and a year spent achieving her fitness goals, she got her Personal Training certification through AFAA and was very energized and informed on what it takes to truly overcome.
Ray focuses on the “Personal” of training by meeting clients at their fitness level, modifying for any restrictions, working together to reach specific fitness goals and connecting as a friend. With the tremendous success of her in-home training business, she is expanding to reach as many clients as possible with hiring several Personal Trainers who have the same passion of bringing lifelong wellness and change to your door.
Ray is available to train clients at Raleigh, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Apex and Cary on Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 5:15 pm.

I’m in love with Wellness! In addition to being certified as a massage therapist since 2001, I have been certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2004. During these 17 years I’ve had the privilege of training and teaching thousands of people of all ages and all physical fitness levels.
I’ve been able to live my passion by teaching in a variety of fitness facilities like gyms, private studios, training companies, private and corporate fitness centers. My areas of focus include weight loss, weight gain, rehabilitation, injury prevention, athletic performance, and general health maintenance.
I believe that my purpose in this life is to educate and empower people to live healthy lifestyles through exercise, nutrition, and wellness.
Lorraine is available to train clients at Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Pittsboro on Monday and Wednesday 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am - 11:15 am.

Donna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Jazzercise Dance Fitness Instructor. She specializes in motivation, inspiration, friendship and accountability.
Donna will set goals with you and work towards them to get you where you desire to be--feeling more confident in yourself, your achievements, your body and stronger than you ever have. Donna is super excited for the opportunity to witness and be a small part of your own transformation, however big or small that may be!
She has overcome obstacles from suddenly becoming a single mom, injuries and surgeries, to finally pursuing her passion in fitness helping others. Working through rotator cuff and biceps tendon surgeries, plantar fasciitis recovery and a total hip replacement, she understands what it’s like to listen to your body, heal, strengthen and work towards being your best you! She will push you to where you think you cannot go with care and praise! It takes hard work and dedication to get those results and being consistent with patience is key!
Donna is available to train clients virtually on Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Christine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor. Her focus on proper form, posture, stability, and balance help her clients achieve goals in a safe and healthy way. She understands and is passionate about building a strong foundation first. A home won’t stand without a good foundation and neither will your body.
Christine will work with you to understand your goals and then create a plan to help you achieve them. She has a solid understanding of how to build a strong core and how to work around any preexisting injuries to get you to where you need to be.
She’ll meet you where you are. It doesn’t matter if you are new to exercise or if you have been working out for years. Never any judgment. Just supportive and excited that you are moving your body. She will be your biggest cheerleader and guide through the entire process. You have decided that it is time to take action and Christine will be by your side every step of the way! When she isn’t working with her clients, you will likely find her hiking, fishing, kayaking, or playing tennis. She is happiest when she is outdoors and able to enjoy nature.
Christine is available to train clients at Raleigh, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Apex and Cary on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
